Why we ask
for 12 months.
We put real design and strategy time in from day one — far more than a template service ever would. That work happens before you pay a full month of fees, and it is not recoverable if you leave in week three. So we ask for the same commitment back for the first year.
After that, it goes month to month. You can cancel anytime. If you do leave, your domain, your content, and your photos leave with you — no exit fees, no locked files, no automatic renewal. We are not interested in trapping anyone. We want you to stay because the site is doing its job.

Yes. Add-ons like branding, extended SEO, or AI automation are quoted separately and can be added at any point. They never get quietly bundled into your monthly fee — you always see the cost and decide.
Only your domain registration (typically £10–£15/year, which you own). Everything else — design, build, hosting, SSL, updates, small changes — is in the monthly fee. If something would cost extra, we tell you before we do it, not after.
